The quality of build is exceptional. Yes we had a couple of items to address at handover but this is where you see if your builder is a good one. Shelford have gone beyond our expectations and we are pretty fussy people!!! From initial consultations with Clayton, to Amy who helped us with getting everything together in preparation to build, right through to Bob who was our building supervisor, everything has been taken care of to the highest degree. We built during COVID19 and we went a couple of weeks over what was originally indicated was the potential build time. A very customer focused builder.

Emailed and called to complain about trades damaging things on our and my neighbours front, completely ignored. Loud trades that left trash everywhere so it’s blown all up and down the street! very unprofessional

We have had a great experience with Shelford homes so far, we have made so many changes and they have helped us along the way to achieve the home we want with what we can afford,

We built The Monte Carlo Home and couldn't dealt with a better builder.Nothing was a problem.....well done Joe and Team. Been in the home 2 years and have no cracked walls or cornices, a High Quality Builder.

Rang multiple times because of trades on public holidays and Sundays. They don't care. Cross your fingers your not building next to one of these sites. Muppets.

Building my first home with Shelford has been a wonderful experience! Everyone has been delightful to deal with, from Kellie's patience during pre-start, to the welcoming team at HQ. My site supervisor was Luke and he was super responsive, answered all of my questions with ease, has great attention to detail and managed to get me in to my new home in time for my rental lease expiry. Couldn't recommend Shelford highly enough.

We built with Shelford homes last year. Got house completed within 6 months after slab down. The whole process was pretty easy and stress free. And the on top the quality of build is exceptional. Would recommend Shelford home to any one without hesitation . A huge thanks to everybody involved from starting to finish from Dianne , Shannon in consultant and site supervisor Greg. They all been amazing and prompt through out the process. Once again thanks Shelford team for making dream come true.
