The team at Nuchange went the extra mile to ensure we got exactly what we wanted at the end of the day. We built a first floor addition, with a steel re-roof and a portico, of around 90sqm and during the design phase we changed direction in terms of the layout on a number of occasions, the team at Nuchange were always happy to accommodate. The professionalism of the team and their trades was first class, the boys were on site every morning at 7am sharp and were very efficient. Most notably at the completion of the job Nevis, Ryan, Renae, Johnny and the rest of the team left no stone unturned ensuring that the final finishing met and exceeded our expectations. I would strongly recommend Nuchange to manage your next renovation.

The quality of build is exceptional. Yes we had a couple of items to address at handover but this is where you see if your builder is a good one. Shelford have gone beyond our expectations and we are pretty fussy people!!! From initial consultations with Clayton, to Amy who helped us with getting everything together in preparation to build, right through to Bob who was our building supervisor, everything has been taken care of to the highest degree. We built during COVID19 and we went a couple of weeks over what was originally indicated was the potential build time. A very customer focused builder.

Craig and his team are outstanding. I was intrigued about developments a few years ago but didnt own a property and just wanted some guidance. All the other development companies that i contacted did not want to spend any time with me unless i own a site that can be developed. Craig spent over an hour with me back then and made sure i understand the important things. I ended up securing a site and has done my DA for a triplex site.

The boys renovated my bathroom last year. So pleased with it that I'm wanting my back room done.

Not very often I’m willing to give 5 stars, I have no doubt Brian gave us the best price he possibly could. The whole project was completed with in the agreed time frame & only slightly over budget (see below about unforeseen extra costs which occurred).It is not very often you come across a builder with the honesty, integrity & communication skills of Brian Pimm at Simply Renovate, Fremantle, WA. My wife and I selected this company purely by chance. We were looking for a small, highly experienced, local builder to perform a complete renovation on our small (58m2) two bedroom Unit near Fremantle. We met with Brian a few times before giving him the actual go ahead to proceed.Brian & his team of contractors did a top job. They had a 45yo Unit to deal with that appeared to have had only a minor reno done back in the late 80's, early 90's. There was a few curly surprises like old tiles hidden under the old carpet that contained asbestos, dodgy old copper water pipe set into the concrete which was rerouted, an above neighbour with a leaky bathroom that needed resolving, etc. My wife Jenny & I were away touring in the remote West Australian Desert which meant we were out of contact for 5 weeks during the renovation. Brian was required to make decisions on our behalf all of which proved to be the correct call.We are wrapped with the final result, I would highly recommend Brian & Simple Renovate to manage your next Renovation Project.

If you are looking for a company that talks up keeping their word then never follows through you've come to the right place. We recently purchased a house built by viva developments. Before signing off on the inspection report and closing the sale they were contacted about roof carpentry defects of which they accepted responsibility and agreed to rectify. I had this put in writing since they were unable to attend by settlement date. Nearly two months on and nothing but a few excuses (when they actually respond) from these yes men. Haven't built with them personally but their actions or lack of and empty promises aren't a good indicator.
