The team at Nuchange went the extra mile to ensure we got exactly what we wanted at the end of the day. We built a first floor addition, with a steel re-roof and a portico, of around 90sqm and during the design phase we changed direction in terms of the layout on a number of occasions, the team at Nuchange were always happy to accommodate. The professionalism of the team and their trades was first class, the boys were on site every morning at 7am sharp and were very efficient. Most notably at the completion of the job Nevis, Ryan, Renae, Johnny and the rest of the team left no stone unturned ensuring that the final finishing met and exceeded our expectations. I would strongly recommend Nuchange to manage your next renovation.

We used this building company early 2015 for a second storey addition and extension to existing house.We compared about 6 different companies, all with varying quotes. These guys came in the best priced and to be honest the price seemed too good to be true. However we took leap of faith as 'Brent' ticked all the boxes, spoke genuinely and was honest with his answers to questions we had. We didn't need to worry, as the build went smoothly, the results fantastic and exactly what 'we' wanted. Don't go anywhere else, highly recommend - these guys are great ! Nuchange recently completely a 75sqm second storey extension for us and we are extremely happy. The team at Nuchange have helped us to transform our two bedroom Vic Park cottage seamlessly into a two storey home that has allowed us to stay in the area we want, with the space that we need for our family.At every stage of our build, we felt our design ideas were heard and considered. Worst experience ever! Lies about nearly everything down to Council approvals. Wished I had never heard of them. Having to go to The Building Commission to sort out everything as they are unable to honestly deal with matters.

It was a pleasure to have Nu Change renovate our house. All their trades were excellent and considerate and they were also open to all our late changes and variations throughout the project. I was managing some components of the renovations myself and it was easy to work with and communicate with Nu Change my schedules vs their trades timings. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering doing renos.
